Street Stock 2012 Fall Season Opener

The 2012 Fall Season rolled off at the famed NASCAR paperclip in Martinville Virginia to run 75 laps for the Street Stock Division. The start had John Bage, who qualified 3rd, starting from the pole after the actual pole sitter Clay Jones elected to start from the rear. Sharing the front row with Bage was Tony Godwin and followed by Kenny Smith, Tracy Brown, and Jason Williams to round out the top 5. The race had 5 lead changes between Godwin (55 laps), Bage (16 laps), and Jones (4 laps) and included 5 cautions. When the checkered flag flew it was Godwin to the line first followed by Jones, Bage, Williams, and Smith to round out the top 5.
